Wow…. it’s hard to believe that I haven’t posted a blog in almost a month! But I haven’t been goofing off and not working on my photography. What I have been doing is reading! Several books on various Phototshop techniques and I’ve been working to refine my use of Camera Raw.
Today however, I thought I would stop and post a few images of one of the techniques I’m practicing. It using the Merge to HDR feature in the CS5. I reading the “The Adobe Photoshop CS5 Book for Digital Photographers” by Scott Kelby. Chapter 8 is on creating HDRs.
I actually tried some HDR using a 3rd party tool last year, and I wasn’t really that impressed… But this is different. Using the combination of tools in Photoshop and then reprocessing with some of the Camera Raw tools produced some amazing results…. I was going for the high contrast, hyperreal look… Hope you like ’em.
