I took these images the end of 2020 while on a Corvette trip with the National Corvette Museum called the “One Lap of Kentucky”. After the event, we made a quick trip over to Asheville for a couple of days. Our plan was to drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway and get a few captures of the fall leaves.
Unfortunately, we were too late in the year, and a late storm that year made sure that any remaining leaves were no longer on the branches. With the vistas along the blue ridge a bust, I looked for a couple of waterfalls along the way to grab a few images before we headed back to Asheville for the night and then our two day trip back to San Antonio.
I was reading an article on a Black and White photo competition yesterday, so I decided to convert the waterfalls to B&W. Here is one of them. While the color image is OK, I really like the monochrome one much better. How about you? Color or B&W?
