Old West Christmas Light Fest

Last night was a beautiful evening in San Antonio so I took advantage of the warm weather and went to the Old West Christmas Light Fest in Boerne, Texas. This event is held at the Enchanted Springs Ranch which is just outside Boerne on Hwy 46. You drive through holiday light displays from the gate to the parking area and then walk to the entrance of the old west town. Once inside you get to experience the old buildings decorated for the holidays, enjoy the huge campfires and make s’mores and enjoy a stroll around the old west. There are several other paid and free events around the area to enjoy. Inside the large hall they have live music and it’s where I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows!
