Sunrise Over San Diego Harbor

We pulled into San Diego Harbor at sunrise.  Today we will head to the airport on our return journey to San Antonio.  It’s been a good two-week adventure.  Glad we could spend some quality time with our friends and glad to meet some new ones!  Ready to go again to new destinations.

My next series of posts will include images from a trip last year to Rome (yes I’m still not finished sorting through the couple of thousand images I brought back with me!) and mixed in between will be various photo shoots at the small towns around San Antonio or other events I attended with my Meetup Group… “Capture San Antonio Photography”..   hope you continue to enjoy the posts.

As I’ve started to teach some Lightroom classes for my photo club, I’m also thinking of mixing in some posts with Lightroom tips and techniques.  While that might not appeal to all readers, the digital darkroom really is just part of a photographer’s skill set.  What historical photographers did with chemicals and darkroom techniques, we do with pixels and software.  The end result is creating the vision of what we actually saw when we were inspired to push the shutter button….  Hope you are inspired too!
