We docked in Kehl Germany and rode a coach over to Strasbourg France. Today will be the one and only day that we will see the sun on our entire vacation and only for about 30 minutes. Our visit to Strasbourg is wonderful; what a beautiful city. I only wish we had more time to visit.
The Christmas market in Strasbourg is said to be the oldest in France, celebrating 446 years of displaying finely crafted toys, sculptures, ceramics, jewelry and other handmade items.

The Strasbourg Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg, was gorgeous and I was happy that they allowed me to take a few pictures inside on tripod. (unfortunately I forgot to turn off the VR setting on the camera lens so they are not perfectly sharp.. dah!)
